What a shame most never passed the test

They promoted someone to captain for the spot they forgot to fill last time under “Just Stef”. I guess being here but not here is okay when you don’t make waves. Then they promoted someone with impulse control issues around females to a position where he can have contact with all of em (that was smart). Drunk Sexting scandal to follow. Then there was the payback for PIO promotion, that’s not a guaranteed bump anymore kids, they just didn’t want to promote Dean (again). DDC got its Affirmative Action promotion. Then the Bedy Vortex created a swirling of odd choices. Fingerprint LT to CPID (whatever, where else would they have put her?), SWAT Jock to Fingerprint LT (Hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahah ahahahahaha, seriously?), and another SWAT jock to the Special Person Place. I guess Fat Joe can be trusted with off duty details, the Airport and Bumville, but not expensive things and high end units.

This list shows that if you do nothing and don’t rock the boat you can get captains bars. Oh that’s if survive the PBT yourself DUI Unit crowd, that always amazed me. If you drunk sext people randomly and harass baby’s mama you can get lieutenants bars. Is this to compensate for Kevin not being able to spell his own name without help on a sergeant’s test? And hard work and ethics don’t mean a damn thing. It’s who you impress by what you say and do or what you don’t say and don’t do. So to recap, mouth shut, make no decisions, ignore policy violations and never draw attention to yourself. That’s what got the Cigar Smoker Captains Bars. And some people just got left holding the bag.

Not a one on that list could make an intelligent decision if they were given a list of COC approved decisions to pick from. That whole memo of promotions and transfers is a group of blank minded, backstabbers and/or yes men. But they were the best choices for GS and PH because they're all mindless sheep who will do the bidding of the triple dippers without question while Car1 rides the countryside trying to one up Judd or Chronister. They were smart though, they hit all the special boxes. Unfortunately the inability to be served with a diversity lawsuit is about all nearly anyone on the list brings. Well other than possibly the two promotions to support services. Those two are just straight up informants for the queen of hearts to find more heads to roll so they all look better. Was the sergeants list that desolate that LH and DB were the best options? Good thing they were put in areas where they don't have to supervise or do any real police work since neither have experience in either category. Cry? Please point out a single part that is inaccurate. Paniagua was a lazy do nothing shift commander who got pushed to Training against his will because he keeps his mouth shut and is Hispanic. He ignored what his people did as a shift commander. Had he run Training back during the great purge he would have been fired for that behavior. And Mitch is dirty. Always has been. Always got a pass because of his adopted Daddy, just like his dumbass brother. And he somehow got promoted after drunk sexting a bunch of female employees. Slap on the hand.
