It will go up, as it should. The Director has said time and time again that he no longer believes in proactive policing.
That is, NOW of course. Now that HE is in a position to answer for it. Before, he liked it. We had competent leadership who knew their head from their @55es. They would defend their officers and understood what was necessary to maintain order. NOW? No way.
Now that HE would have to answer for it, and show face for his personnel, NOT A CHANCE!

Don’t worry. As soon as the wrong person gets killed or someone’s family gets robbed who is connected, he will care. Protect each other and protect your families. It’s gonna get nasty out there. They have already shown that they will throw you under the bus and back over you for grins.
