    Officers rights!

    All,

We are closely monitoring the department’s rush to judgment with the disciplinary actions they are taking against the officer at the airport.

The PBA is mindful that you are apprehensive to act and demoralized by the mixed messaging you are receiving from the department, especially when it comes to the methods and tactics you are expected to use out in the streets.

Let’s be clear, the PBA expects that the officer’s rights to due process will not be violated in these proceedings. It appears, from the limited video on social media, the officer acted appropriately against the female who was clearly in his face, yelling without a mask, and the aggressor.

We demand that the Miami-Dade Police Department and all police departments, whose officers the PBA represents, uphold the officers’ rights and conduct thorough and pristine investigations, while evaluating the totality of the circumstances and evidence before taking any disciplinary action.

    As always stay safe!

And just like that........ the Director loses the entire department. Clown, who the hell are you listening to? That was the absolute worst case of jumping the gun ever witnessed by your officers.

And this was for legitimately responding to a subject who aggressively got in your officers face? You panicked and publicly showed your true cowardly colors over a slap?

I hope the entire department took notice to how easy it was for you to abandon your officers. It didn’t even take a serious incident. Sad!

JP ran from the FedEx shooting, perhaps you should consider leaving after this. This position doesn’t suit you. Get that P@$$y Chief GP out of your ear and grow a fu@#ing pair of balls or vacate your office.

Another example of why we need real leadership.

Let’s be honest.... Law abiding citizens should feel a little more afraid, because the cops that are supposed to protect them when they are in trouble and call 911, are not being allowed to do their job, look around your community and you’ll see cops driving around and they are not even making traffic stops anymore, And who can’t blame them, they can’t protect civilians, they can’t even protect themselves ... and criminals should be happy, and encouraged to commit more crime, local politicians and even the MDPD Director will protect them, defend them and even punish anyone who stands on their way.... when MDPD Director talks about protecting the community and the promises he has made, now we know, it’s the criminal community he is talking about. In 6 months he’s gone through 4 years worth of knee-pads, keep it up you TRAITOR, great job on making officers job harder, and criminals job easier.... your father would be proud of the spineless lap bit*c you’ve turned out to be... I truly hope I never have to shake your hand again... and take Off that THIN BLUE LINE face cover you love wearing, you are a disgrace to everyone that has held the line, and still tries to hold it today ...
