Democrat observes Knight not practicing CDC recommendations for public safety

I was taken aback by photos of Sheriff Tom Knight showing:

• Knight greeting an officer in his car. Neither was wearing a mask and they were shaking hands.
  
• Knight meeting with six fairly old people in the Sarasota County Commission, standing shoulder to shoulder with them and not wearing masks, nor taking measures to protect them (specifically, not practicing social distancing).

Knight should be setting an example for social responsibility and practices, but his behavior is irresponsible.
