The problem with this place (amongst many) is they claim to be a community oriented police department; however they wouldn’t even know where to begin much less know the definition.

I did a research for my undergraduate degree on community policing, and since I was assigned to the main station, I interviewed a bunch of the command staff from the early days. Guess what? None of them knew what community policing really meant. Freaking idiots.
