PBA Employees Rebel at poor treatment and unethical behavior

The latest employees who got fired for speaking out are considering légala action against the PBA.
Insiders inform us that the tall lady who did the PBA newspapers complained of constant sexual harassment and was dismissed for bringing the issue forward.
And, in an unrelated case a committee member Sgt-at-arms Davis from corrections spoke up when he noticed that Steadman was improperly using the PBA credit card. He mentioned it about the same time Stahl was caught red handed stealing toilet paper (of all things) and liquor for his personal use. Davis asked for Stahl to step down and was chastised for making such a request and was removed from the committee.
These are just add ones to a long list of employees who have voiced their concern over the unethical practices at the PBA.
The ethical lapses began with the hiring of Steve Shiver, personal friend of Steadman Stahl to run the PBA, in spite of the fact that Shiver Had horrible business failures, was investigated countless times for corruption, domestic violence and drug abuse. Later it was discovered that he was a government informant as well. Those of us in law enforcement know how a person becomes an informant.
As a result of the blatant thefts and scams, the top PBA employees have left. Then, Stahl, in his infinite wisdom, hired a Publix cashier as the office Manager by-passing long time employees who know the operation through and through.
Davis said that we make fun of the friends and family plan within the department but the PBA has become far worse.
As a result, the PBA is left with rookie staff, including the lawyers, and people who have no ties to law enforcement. They know not what we do and are learning as they go.
There is no wonder why the PBA cannot go on the offensive protecting the members when their time is consumed fighting one another and covering up their improper actions.

Tell Davis he should stop using steroids and calm himself down. Maybe he needs an emotional pet.
That tall lady wished someone would hit on her. You got to dust off the cobwebs on that 2 foot long beaver.
Davis is the only one that got sent back from 2 presidents. That tells you something.

The stories from the PBA is like watching a very bad movie- it never seems to end. What a
    Mess that place has become.
First, they hire a drug addict with financial woes and domestic violence tendencies, not to mention that he is a government informant, to run the place but now a Winn Dixie cashier has been given the post.
Some funky drugs going on over there.

Nothing is worse than PLEA office I mean storefront. With a roller derby girl as the Vice President. And Dan Howard who has a checkered work history calling black female officers Bi*****es and written up for it and pushing officers into lockers at stations and written up for it. Dan is 66 years old and on Medicaid and he wants to rep you. What a clown. He never even did the drop. He is broke and sucking off plea funds what little there is. He can’t even defend his people leaving them as indigent.
Its funny that plea has to make up lies all the time just for attention. His hate for pba. But he used pba 3 times in his career when he was in trouble. I can back it up with facts Dan. Keep spreading the hate and lies.

PBA employees, the ones that are left, are completely demoralized

The irony of it all. PBA, which was created to represent, in part demoralized employees, is operating in a fashion where employees working at the PBA are demoralized themselves.
If you speak out, or do not agree with their every whim, no matter how distasteful, you are canned. The theory of the PBA heads is to instill fear in the staff and they will comply. That works only so long and goes only so far before employees begin to openly complain outside the workplace- which is what is currently happening.

Sure Dan Howard keep spreading your lies. You are a funny guy. Now go back and look at your numbers and how fast they are diminishing. Hope you have the money to cover Neubauers civil lawsuits coming. Or will you put him down as indigent like the last one. You must have a miserable life only trolling on this site and obsessing over the pba. Go fishing or something. Live your end of days in happiness and get the hate out of your heart.

Steaadman is cleaning out dead wood

Stahl has been very fair and has given Rivera cronies a fair chance to stay if they just work. Everyone gone has caused it to themselves and yes Stahl also fired one he brought in Shiver.

Under Stahl the membership is at an all time high and so is the incoming dues monies.

Stahl has cut expenditures and every penny is accounted for.

Communication between PBA and every membership groups brass and politicians is open and professional. this is huge to resolve non contactual issues and the PBa no longer only looks out for MDPD and MDCR we look out for very member we are stronger together!!!!
