So how would they determine which 7 LTs and which 35 agents to reclassify?

Logic would say agents wise the la 35 hired are out. LT wise the last 7 promoted to LT are out. But then that leaves you to regional needs to may go by office depending on how many they want to keep per district

LTs are career service and it’s based on promotion date, last 7 promoted would be out. Captains are select exempt they can choose who they want.

How many agents are left in orlando? Miami is also down a ton of agents so they don’t need a new LT

And yet, 2 Secretaries, 2 Directors, and 2 Chiefs. Funny how we overlook some of the highest paid positions and certain levels of redundancy when talking about reducing our budget.

The redundancy is because people can’t do their job. We need a program administrator and now an captain to help do the chiefs job that should be one person.
