Not all FHP members receive 10% raises. Look into it but I know you are thinking of LEO only.

Its said 3% for all state employees. All state employees are more than troopers and it's leaders.

You don't deserve any more than you received. Especially when you say things like "I hope are benefit" It should be "I hope our benefits". Be grateful for what you have. You should be working at McDonald's from the sounds of it.
