State worker pay raises remain in the approved budget and weren’t vetoed as part of the cuts due to the virus. I have to give him props for not throwing us under the bus, which would have probably been easier than cutting other things.

While no one is violating the constitution, as you can see from every other thread on here, no love is lost if you wanna sue the agency for shitty lack of enforcement and then punishing everyone. Letting the bad egg licensees fester while doing nothing and then punishing all bars was stupid.

I’m really surprised the news hasn’t asked for the other spreadsheets showing all of the complaints being rejected by the Dept for enforcement. Or what the dispositions of all the complaints were and just cherry pick a few places To highlight known to continue obnoxious behavior.
