You donít pay a lawyer unless you win a case in the civil side. Shows how much you know

To sue... no thatís super difficult. But to get a $40,000 settlement, now thatís incredibly easy. The city settles everything and in the end thatís all that most folks want. Money for nothing and their chicks for free.

You really canít be this clueless? The majority of you have no idea how this process works. If a 39 is able to get an attorney for free to sue then the city will quickly fight back and if the attorney has some experience then they can probably get 5-20k. 40k? Lol! An experienced attorney who will probably charge up front can probably get that or more. Some attorneys get lucky and catch a case like ultra, thatís easy money. Papo get that liability insurance, we will soon need it. Colorado isnít the first state.
