In one of DT's case, IA cleared him of allegations, even though a K9 deputy testified against him as an eyewitness. That's shows internal politics at its worst.

Are "unsustained" allegations going to be added to the mix? If so, that would be unConstitutional.

These issues are messy and cannot be fixed in the court of public opinion.
