No cutie, when actual police work was enforced and worked. You came to work and enjoyed it. Not crying like a little school girl wanting to wear a skirt to work.

you're right , this new generation is a bunch of cupcakes for wanting to wear uniforms that make sense for what we do in our line of work!! We should turn in our glocks for flintlock pistols and respond to calls on green and white stage coaches!! Lol

The previous generation (20+ years on) of cops was soooo great, that this is the department they leave behind..... as they talk about real police work, they are running for the door.... I get it, you don’t want to get screwed out of your hard earned pension.... but make no mistake, each generation is responsible for the department they leave for the next one, and you my friends, did not do such a great job.... don’t hate on the rookies that with everything that’s going on, still found it within themselves to sign up for this job, when you are always saying “if I knew it was gonna be like this, I would not have done it” .... stop hating, bitc*ing about the quality and lack of experience of new supervisors when, it is you who should have taken that test, and be a leader and a guide for the “newer generations” ... instead you chose to be 01 for your whole career, didn’t have the balls to take the test, wear the gold badge or be found out to be a moron, and are now projecting your own insecurities on everyone else ... No I’m not a rookie just bc I’m defending them, I’m calling it like it is.... don’t bit*h about the shit you never had the balls or courage to try/do yourself...And don’t blame the new guy for the state of the department when you are the one that has been here for 25 years... it’s like 70 year old politicians blaming Trump for the state of the government of which they’ve been part of for 40 years ...

I like the Trump portion, very true! However, there is not one rookie on the street that just started or signed up a month ago wanting to do police work during this time!

Trump was a rookie to politics and has done more than career politicians for our country. He brought core values to finance, employees and business, made other nations put in their fair share, has fought much of the idiot cry babies from just wanting to get paid for doing nothing and they live in mommy's house.
    Wait.
This sounds like LEADERSHIP. Life experience. Maturity. Duty. Fairness. Service. Integrity.
None of the guys with 15 years or less are showing what they can do to LEAD. They lack maturity, police life experience, fair is only based on their friend and family connection because they do not have real experience or qualifications, do not have integrity because of the last point, do not want to serve without being served first, and do not want or try to improve themselves to benefit the department. 15 years is a very long time to get up to speed, but it is easier to blame the guys lucky enough to be at the ends of their careers.
The real light is on the guys in the middle, not the end.
