Hey MPD, instead of making TikTok videos and handing out coffee having invitations with your officers, you may want to do the following.

If you already knew what was going to happen (YOU KNEW), the right minds should've sat along with those trained in the field (not F&F&L) to come upon a solid plan of action/response - Allow the input of those that know and are trained and do not get clouded by your F&F&L provided promotion or the shiny pins on your shirt.

Meaning:

1. PLANING

a. Use maps to view the overall area (Not on a TV screen/monitor - use a large paper map where you can write down your ideas - Emphasize on Key locations/weak points/landmarks/schools/churches/near-by hospitals, etc)

b. create an MOT (Maintenance of Traffic), bring in French barricades - no more traffic North from Brickell or South from NE 8 St - base this on your map/plan of action - remove all incoming traffic from the area - specially large groups of bicycles/motorcycles/scooters/ATV's - DO THIS EARLY

c. Have NRO's/PIO's, via their doggie face, popping hearts, Channel7 Art Deco, attention grabbing needy social media dancing realms, inform area residents/employees/small and large businesses, so that they can close/roll down their gates, secure their values and get the hell out - EARLY)

d. Contact someone in charge from FIRE and a have a team w/plenty of sprinters ready (They got a bunch for free during Ultra last year - and ensure they have also loaded fire trucks with lots of water - you're gonna wanna wash off the Elk urine and homeless people shit if it gets thrown on you)

e. Have an MPD RP specifically assigned to FIRE (Yes another RP with them - because we all know they will not come in without us by their side - specially if you get hit with a Molotov ****tail - Have that RP team ready, with a contingency and traffic plan to leap frog your burning, stuck to your skin, class B uniform, while you travel safely inside FR's barely used sprinters into trauma - please don't get it dirty

f. Emphasize on which boundaries you will NOT ALLOW PROTESTORS TO BE AT (cough, cough, Central rear/front entrance/exit - or anywhere freaking near) - WTF WERE PROTESTORS DOING IN THE REAR OF THE STATION?

g. Plan specific locations to post and line up RP's (THE MAP&#128070

h. Ensure RTCC is on par with the incident Commander (THE ONE WITH BOOTS ON THE GROUND - please choose one with a clear, mature, tactical mindset - NOT one/or several far away hiding in an office, somewhere in the "cough, cough", 4th floor - dam that cough, sorry)

i. Have the County/Miami Beach RDF on STBY - NOT CALLED UPON TO DO YOUR JOB (I don't even know what to say about that) - they did look good on TV didn't they? SMFH

j. Have FHP (same as "f") - for the highways

k. Have SIS inside the crowds (all of them - bring them back from their Covid19 at home hiding details) partaking/exchanging contacts from immediate agitators - taking video/pics/monitoring the "All Lives Matter" website (they all matter, right?). What if one of those peaceful, kneeling (next to possibly one of your own leaders), mom's efficiency still living social justice seekers happens to have an AK47(s) and not just skateboards - the first blam! blam! blam! you're all running - or carrying one of you out of the area

2. TACTICS

a. COMMAND PRESENCE - You should all look exactly the same - Uniformed - either Class C or B or pink or whatever, but LOOK THE SAME

b. YOU MUST ALL HAVE A HELMET ON - SPECIFICALLY IF ON THE LINE - see the Molotov ****tail story above

c. Your gas mask pouch should not be DANGLING AROUND on your side - FIX THAT SHIT - ensure it's tight around your thigh/ready for removal/deployment/running/hands-on type shit

d. Have a secondary duty belt for these type scenarios - your nice tactical/Navy Seal wanna be, $200 clip-on duty belt will get ruined/damaged/items lost/etc.

e. Have your bullet proof vest on - that ridiculous tuttle suit will not even stop a paint ball round - DON'T SHOW UP ON THE LINE WITHOUT YOUR BALLISTIC VEST

f. EVERYONE must (or should) have a PR24 - a breakable one, where you can articulate via a RRR, as being old and frail and hence broken during your RP response tactics (some of you will get what I mean)

g. Everyone must have numerous zip-tie handcuffs on their vests - you will make arrests or assist with them - don't use your own - you'll loose it and will have to eventually make a loss n damage report, and go thru all that nonsense, etc., plus spend your own money on a new one

h. Maintain radio discipline - let the supervisors talk and make decisions - only get on the air if needed

I. Have a small towell/or two for your own sweat/cleaning of your helmet shield

j. When it's time to deploy gas DO NOT KNEEL BEHIND EACH OTHER - DO THAT SHIT STANDING UP - some of you, having your gear on, will fall sideways or won't be able to get up.. you will be overwhelmed, or will not know who's #1's or #2's to stand behind - PLUS YOU SHOULD NOT KNEEL FOR ANYBODY - If you do, get out the line and out of here altogether, TODAY, and go work as a forklift driver in Medley or some shit like that

k. Arrest teams will only use only one, maybe two shields maximum (if available) - everyone else on that team is "hands on"

l. When making the arrest, you will deplete that team - prior to, assign an arrest/picture taking/A-form writing scribe, team member, to handle that shit - hopefully inside a pre-designated nearby tent area, along with prisoner processing/transport personnel - so you can get back to your team

m. Maintain line discipline - you will stand there and look solid and like you're ready to handle business - you will support each other - you will move as one - you will also be called lots of derogatory names - if you're too sensitive (read "j" just above)

n. Assign a TLS certified officer (or two) each equipped with Medic equipment at each end of the line - you will not have the mindset to triage yourself - believe me

o. Assign an officer with a fire extinguisher to the rear of the line

p. Ensure that there's plenty of hydration somewhere near by - FOR YOU, NOT THE PROTESTORS - SMFH

q. Send those that belong in the office back to where they belong - GTFOH "G" you're useless, and a liability - go back upstairs and eat your chicken wings in your office.

r. If you are met with real protestors making "Sleeping Dagons" (some of you have no idea what that is) - Anyway, before you go get the saws/blades and all that mess.. which are probably nowhere near by, or been turned on in years or don't have fuel, etc...here's a little suggestion: go find a few of the nastiest homeless people from OT or DT - persuade them as you would your informants, (you guys still do that right?) have them hug and kiss the sleeping dragon protestors with their nasty mouths - if not go find a few ****roaches and throw at them - they will run altogether screaming like little girls (just a thought - it'll be hilarious tho)

s. Utilize your trained granadier officers - no matter what unit they're in - there are plenty certified here

3. COMMAND/CONTROL

a. You will stand in the line and be ready to act as a team - although of different ethnicities, races, colors or genders, you are a Police Officer (ALL BLUE INSIDE) and you will act accordingly - you will inform your supervisor of relative information and support each other - NO EXCEPTIONS

b. You will listen and follow all commands - as one badge - you will not question your superiors - you may provide suggestions - you will not be abaited by agitators or break the line because of your emotions

c. If you're a senior officer that's been deployed and feel you're exempt because of whatever ideologies you have as you approach the end of your tenure, expect to be faced not only with discipline but all retribution from your peers at the line - officers, feel free to voice your opinions directly

4. SITUATIONAL AWARENESS

a. Keep all eyes on the line - and 360 all around - inform immediately your superiors on projectiles being thrown - specific agitators - or those on the line not willing to participate - you will all use your shields AS ONE

5. TRAINING

a. Although RP training comes only once per year, you must try to remember and practice/read on prior to deployment, how RP formations work and the call for each - this goes for not just officers

b. You must abide by all DO's when applying any response to resistance scenarios - deployment of teasers/OC Sparay/Baton-RP24's/up to deadly force

6. INDIVIDUAL RESPONSIBILITIES

a. To you, your loved ones, those that truly matter - remain safe - utilize all tools necessary - know how/when to apply and specially when to stop (or when to tell your partner "hey, stop" - it's over")

MPD royalty, get your social media attention grabbing, needy type culture out of your ass - comeback to the Alpha team you were once - you're loosing (or have lost already) most of your personel's respect

Remove the ****roaches and former anarchists from your upper team - create and support RP teams (RDF or whatever you wanna call them so SWAT doesn't get their panties on a bind) - train your officers well

I wish you all the best
