His experience with double dipping goes way back to the days of his sweet mullet. But he still had the brass ones to act like he was better than the lowly members who did the same thing, but got caught Best wishes, Chief

In six months, George will finally retire and Sean will be back. He has to come back, so he gets his son promoted. It’s the family and agency way. No surprises here.

A 6 month vacation then right back to the double-dipping trough. And to get his son promoted who will be another JG. No succession plan except to bring back all these old retreads who are only here for the money and title. Unless the legislature does something to end the double dipping it will continue as long as Gualtieri remains sheriff.

It's going to work out a lot better than a slimy crooked lawyer with no real LEO experience, relying on others to run the agency while he is a figure head sheriff with grandiose delusions of higher political office.
Santana has an MBA and is not lazy. He will clean house around here and all these dynasty relatives and double dippers will be either gone or demoted. The playing field will be leveled so promotions will be based on merit not on nepotism, relationships and paramours. It will be a shock to the system but a necessary one to end this incestuous climate we work in.
