Qualified Immunity
If it is terminated in Florida like in Colorado good luck to all. You can be sued by everyone for everything. If it happens here I will resign. It's just not worth it.

If they remove immunity, they should also remove duty to act and if that’s the case no need for sworn members

If legislators make it impossible to be police guess what then you will have harder to find people to be police. It’s near impossible now.

If you act within policy you are immune. When you act outside of policy you are personally liable. So if you use u justified force you are screwed anyway. Qualified immunity is for when you were justified and get sued.
