    One more year till the drop

    Some just want to make it to retirement. I would encourage my son to be anything today except law enforcement.

    Things are not what they used to be. A lot of people have second thoughts about their choice of law enforcement careers. Great if you make it to a desk job. If you stay on the street you have all the risk.
