Be careful on your daily encounters with people friends and think twice about your actions or reactions. What are you talking about? Out of all the BS emails we get every day by people working here sitting in the office and send out everyday to justify their job; people arrested by your agency alerts, officer safety alerts, alerts of stats notifications , and the usual alerts from CIS- of other agencies alerts. I probably missed a few we get. No one reads these, they just delete them from all the other emails we get of policy changes and how to do things.

That was a nice email from AC Yawn. When do we ever receive any encouraging emails like that from the Admin.? I for one was happy to read that and enjoy the support an the effort of the thoughts he put into that email. Emails like that raise the morale here.

Is this PIR position even needed? Why has it been filled twice by a black women. Is it a mandate that has to be done? or has it ben done to save the Chief from another law suit.
