If you prefer to only believe what some friend told you on social media then don't watch these because you may not be able to handle the truth and facts of what the federal government did and which party did what to American black people. Most don't know but should.

Since we are trading videos where others can speak better than we can write on these matters check this one by a well spoken black woman.

When do people start evaluating other people based on their character, abilities, skills, measurable and actual qualifications to perform a task in and for a position, proven ethics and other definable attributes?
At some point there will be a complete exhaustion and breaking point in society. At that point the majority of people from all sides will not care about any special card based on superficial appearances of the person and a BLIND EVALUATION will be done.
Does the person meet the real and actual qualifications as they are and without some special condition or connection to get there? Do they have the character needed for the position?
Enough special cards have been played and it is always the same result no matter what and it never helped in the end because the special card was the real reason for the award and not the ability of the person. This steals the dignity if the qualified people who could play the special card but do not.
Most of society is tired and exhausted of it. Special cards is quickly losing any value they once had and will soon not matter any more. Those cards devalue the person and contribute to mediocraty instead of excellence.

Laws are supposed to be blind and are.
Special cards never were blind. There is the problem. Everyone sees the double standard of the special cards.

I totally agree ........If the objective of this anarchy and for “people of color” is equality, then let’s do away with all the layers of diversity programs and special circumstances that allow these groups to receive preferential treatment and consideration. Let’s start with college applications that are “required” to meet certain numbers of students and college applicants, that is across the board in every state at all universities. It’s unfair to those students who are “white” (non- colored or Hispanic) who have done everything and more throughout their high school years and out worked and achieved these special categories of minorities in every academic area and college testing processes, only to be denied entry to the college of their choice because of the need to “meet” diversity requirements.

Apply it to any job as well ......in our profession it should be a “blind” application process to both employment and promotion throughout the entire department. You are assigned a # throughout both the hiring and promotional process. This is very easy to accomplish and I know several agencies who do it this way. Some even hire an outside party to handle the process to distance themselves from the process.

Imagine “people of color” ( whatever that means) having to start on an even level with the rest of the candidates instead of getting “points” or consideration for being who they are and in reverse not penalizing those who are considered “white” for just being who they are.

This can be applied to both race and sex, and would eliminate all those complaints that someone received special attention or treatment due to race, sex, or their last name.

Imagine if the NFL or the NBA teams were told that half of the team had to be white? Neither one would even consider this, but private companies and corporations are constantly hounded for the Lack minority leadership positions. This also includes police departments. Every year you see the reports of how few black NFL and NBA coaches there are.

This narrative is played out and so untrue. Reward those who deserve it and achieve the standards to be granted the position by performance results which do not require you to reveal their gender or race.

That’s equality......no special treatment for anyone.
