I would take Oates back now and he could even bring old greasy face Wendy with him. I never thought I would say that but he never messed with out shifts or days off or stopped us from supporting our family. Ricky you had this departments full support you were our guy but just as many said you could not handle it. So go back to the academy and call it a day. Send in Wayne Jones he is a gentleman and he will not try to be sneaky and lie to us.
