Considering the SAO upped the originally charge from Manslaughter to 2nd degree Homicide is a good indication they‘ve approved of Hendry County‘s Investigation. It’s the States job now to bring it home. Homicides are never slam dunk no matter how compelling the evidence maybe. The judicial system has become convoluted with legal opinions and case law contradicting one another on a daily bases. It makes it nearly impossible to navigate even with video confessions or eye witness account of the event. The blame doesn’t fall on an individual or an agency but more on the liberal opinions being passed down from liberal case laws, juries or judges!

Don't try to write with vocabulary that is over your head. Your bs attempt at sophistication to deflect only makes you sound even dumber than you are. Since "the blame" doesn't fall on an individual or agency for the outcome, ok, so credibility and integrity don't matter ? - lol, ok...

Missing the point as always
It’s not the prosecution they are stuck with what they get. It’s the defense that will beat the case to pieces and force the state to take a lower plea cause they can’t put him on the stand. He could put together a great case but he can’t be placed in the witness box. He is a liability it sucks cause he is one of the only ones here that can chew gum and walk at the same time. But the truth is the truth. Back to the bailiffs for him.

You obviously can walk, run and chew gum. Captain Zero can only waste oxygen.
You obviously have a clue and see the bigger picture quickly. Therefore you will at best be a career Corporal here, promoted at your retirement. Don't let the rank go to your head. He cannot chew gum and walk, because if he did, he wouldn't be on the DO NOT TESTIFY/BRADY LIST.. that's the only part of the bigger picture your rose colored glasses left out - but keep the positive thinking. Remember you have something going for you, like East or West to a major county department where - you know the types where most of Hendry's highest and best couldn't get past the background for a volunteer or PSA. Get off the farm, come work with real professionals, not professional career wastes..

Read up a few posts where some Shakespeare is already signaling trying to avoid responsibility for the results of the case "it's on the state to bring it home".. Are you kidding back to bailiff for him? Why was he even hired? (We do know why, right?). No justice for the murdered officer is going to get done - it will be plea. The charges were upped to set the starting negotiating bar for the plea higher, so the State won't lose too much face when the killer basically walks. A 1st year public defender could handle this. No fault of the State. The SAO can have the best evidence, everything. Tune into the pretrial and discovery motions.
