Pepper spray works against groups and is more reliable than our current X26. Plus, really not a good look to remove a non-lethal option and put us one step closer to deadly force, when cops are getting arrested for just going hands on.

Will not happen until an inmate or suspect dies while being restrained. This is a reactionary administration, they can't see what is going on and think ahead. We don't need more riots like in Atlanta or Houston.
