Training LT

The new Lieutenant is going to be doing quite a few things. Actually overseeing quality training, accreditation, policy review and rewrites, EOC coordination... just to name a few things. Basically Mikie on steroids. From what I'm told he's a pretty squared away guy that should be able to get us pointed in the right direction in a few areas that we've been lacking in.

That's the problem with this place. Training LT (WTH is a training LT at ABT) with a bunch of other non sense and BS things to do. Completely trashy place I say. Hire a qualified trainer and let them train and please not the girl from the TCO). If you beleive that's what a training LT does, you are a joke.
