As soon as the deputy chiefs contracts end and their gone we’re bringing back the 10 codes

Pathetic. No one would care but for the intentional prosecution of out of favor officers. This kind of vindictive, marginally ethical behavior is why so many people hate on LE. Ironically in most cases its targeted at other LEOs rather than the public.
