So DW can go to a protest of law enforcement. He can give the black power salute. A salute which stands for alliance with the black Panthers, socialism, defiance and resistance. A leo can go and openly support defiance a d resistance? He can have it posted on social media for the world to see? Looks like this was on his own time, but a prescident has been set that offensive language or things that could 'potentially' bring discredit to the ECSO are not ok, even if you are on your own time. Hell, they made it clear that you couldnt even do such stuff in your own private residence on your off time, but DW can do it in public a d post it? A man in a leadership position no less? No bueno man.

Uh. No. The circle game has been around for years. Made you look, punch in the arm. Nowadays it is used as a bit of a photo bomb. Our K9 used it as a photo bomb. Playful. Enjoying the evening. Of course, said K9 officer doesn't go around looking for stuff to be offended over like some folks do. That K9 officer works hard! He is a light hearted playful and very decent man! DW is a good man as well, he just takes offense to everything. Drama surrounds the man. Same cant be said for MW!

DW blue shirt. Black power symbol at the protest.
That first stands for division. Is that what DM and CS stand for? Are they ok with DW propagating division among our community? Our citizens have done well throughout this whole mess compared to a lot of places nationwide. A sworn Leo giving this sign? What does that do but put him in the middle of causing more division and potential unraveling? Straight up division!

No, snowflake. Playful people who've played since the 80s don't think it's racist. Take it somewhere else. CNN is looking for commentators

So Wiggins makes a complaint on Watkins for the circle game and an IA is conducted. Yes circle game. I don't play it because I think it is stupid and and weird stuff kids play. I have never known that stupid game to be anything other than a Haha made you look now I get to punch you thing. Never heard of it meaning white power. But everyone knows what Wiggins did means is black powder. He's also part of black only organizations. Organizations that whites aren't welcome to join. So who is the racist? I love and respect my black friends and co-workers I would have their backs and have had their backs on several occasions and vice versa. I respect Wiggins and think he's a good deputy I've worked with and around him for years but it is hypocritical for him to complain on Watkins for a game that kids play and then throw up a supremacy sign of his own. Very disappointed D.

Well DW. I'm calling you out. Did you take a cruise by Han**** yesterday to see what you could do? Are you organizing any protests or movements for the crime and the violence in the community? How about for the slew of the other similar cases? Gonna get out and throw that fist up in support of your community? Hey. Black Lives Matter! I believe all lives matter. In that sense, all taking of them or acts of violence against them should be viewed the same. Are you staying away because there are no other races to blame for it? Gonna step up for your community? Or are you just gonna hang out on 17th street and play the card? Poser!

I know. It doesn't matter though if he is "Into" the job or not. If he has it, he needs to be responsible. We all have feelings. We all have bias towards something or other. We just cannot allow that bias to influence our profession. Part of that is peoples perception of an off duty leo at a rally bashing itself off the F the Police movement and division vs. coming together!
