I just received Jim Jims booking photo from Cobb County Georgia, thanks to a friend working at the state level. JM thought he had all this expunge. This one is for a warrant for his bad check charge. Gulatieri went from Corporal to Chief Deputy for no reason other than Coats' appointment. Then Gualtieri was appointed Sheriff by a corrupt Gov. Rick Scott, again with Coats' recommendation. Gualtieri couldn't run the agency because he lacked the experience and ability so he re-hired two double dippers, Simovich and Steffen.
