This is a very simple situation to figure out. BSO is notorious for suspending people who depend on their overtime and details to make ends meet. A few months will go by, maybe a year, and then you will realize that being a cop is not as lucrative as you thought. Then the agency will offer you some sort of deal and you will sign paperwork agreeing not to sue them. BSO effectively eliminated you with no skin off their back. Smarten up guys and gals. Save money and plan ahead. You have no friends here. This place is filled with opportunists.

It has always been smart for BSO to offer a deal then to pay all that full back pay after arbitration. The prior administration knew this but I doubt TT does. He is way over his head and refuses to listen to more experienced people around him.
