YES! and please do not forget that FHP's force multiplier is Tallahassee Police (TPD)....Why not FDLE Special Agents or Capital Police? I can tell you why? 99% of FDLE Agents would shit their pants if they had to be a real cop! (including the command staff)

You want your people to respond....With their hearts, minds and BODY? Treat them like humans and warriors at all times. Exactly how many feel but this administration has attacked it's own good, hard working and dedicated Employees and went down and dirty to do it! The selective targeting on employees, for example, who haven't even had a policy and procedure violation and those that have dedicated their lives to law enforcement and forensics. All they have been guilty of is being a loner, someone who isn't liked, or someone who even has health or medical issues! Makes you wonder how these leadership types who were cops swore to reports and cases that were brought to court! If they will go dirty to get after an employee, what do you think they were like against criminals? And being that they wanted the spotlight and for most of them narcissistic a-holes, sure makes you wonder?

Most of us know of at least 2 employees that have been selectively targeted, run off, or messed with unfairly. If we didn't like them, it was easy to turn the other way... until you saw the next person and realized it could be you. And they use the tactic that if you question any of them or do anything that may make waves, you will be next. How the F is that a good way to manage a large Law Enforcement Agency?

This administration will support a bad Supervisor, even when proven wrong, over an employee that's not "agreeable" with them. So integrity (what's right) is not as important as protecting power (rank)?

This is what's wrong with FDLE and why the swamp needs to be drained.

As far as black leadership goes, someone posted "who do you suggest" for promotion? Too F-ing late now! You need to mold and bring diverse people and promote them to create a good Agency. It's my opinion, as is others, that this Administration has promoted those that will tow the line and be agreeable with EVERYTHING that goes on, including the targeting, going along with appointing buddies, and all that jazz. That way they can be comfortable with the good old boys and not worry about someone coming up that could give a dissenting opinion or even go with what's actually right (like supporting all employees and RESPECTING all employees for their contribution) instead of just being petty.

Call it whatever you want, dig deep enough and the real situation can be surprising.

This administration has failed. Only those who kiss ass got promoted so RS has his minions surrounding him. The regions have no integrity. They silence all with courage to speak up. Bullies are in positions of leadership who no one trusts.

Agree. The CLOWN SHOW and laughing stock of Law Enforcement will go on and be even more insignificant, more pathetic, and less and less experienced. Decades of not being able to train agents in specialized positions along with horrid leaders has sunk this Agency.

Luckily, they can still babysit the Governor and trick him into thinking they are important. I'd bet some of the Governors have been surprised at who is guarding them when they see the fat old Agent who works fraud and would shit themself if there was an actual attack because "it was their turn" to be lead for POS.
