    It's called a dump pouch. It carries various items that we don't need in our hands at the moment. Gloves, empty mags, snacks, water, or a place to keep hand sanitizer. Thank you for your inquiry. Hope to see you at the next tryout!

    Thats classic. In other words its something useless on our belts just because we are elitist assholes over impressed with ourselves and want to show off for everyone.
