The officer should have never use a knee technique but in this days when you can't touch an offender a good slap in the face used to do the trick the only alternative is to hold them down and hope they calm down , again your rules , the officer never say anything racial or implied to be racial just because the offender was black does not make racial ,the officer had his hand in his pocket just trying to hold the subject until he calm down not trying to actively push down with force .
