By what you wrote you must be a Sorry a$$ Sgt working under him. You come on here crying like a little bi+$# instead of telling him to his face how you feel. He has done more Police work than probably all the Sgt's in that district put together. If your lazy, a slug or an idiot then he will let you know. He won't do it behind your back.
