Maybe this should tell the group who is against Carmine (his opposition) that their way of thinking is old school and there is a reason they keep hitting dead ends. The guy has over a million dollars and is supported by many BIG power houses throughout the state as well as hundreds of thousands of Lee County residents. The race is over!

    Oh My Goodness!

The FMPD Chief has an arm full of hash marks! Did you see them today on their Facebook page?? Did he earn them while at FMPD??? Quick! Shoap, McKinney and Leavens, hurry and check them out and send something to the Lehigh Gazette like you did for Sheriff Marceno saying he stole them and doesn’t belong wearing them!

Good job Chief Diggs! You earned them during your many years on the job and you should wear them proudly just like Sheriff Marceno should! Keep up the great work both of you!

There is no amount of money that can define a persons character. Everyone wants to hang their hat on that one million dollar mark, but really what does that mean to anyone? Is that million dollars going to give everyone in the department a raise? Is that million dollars going to buy new equipment or vehicles for deputies? Is that million dollars going to allow men and women to get paid overtime? No, not at all. Everyone knows that if you went into law enforcement for the right reasons, money is the last reason. To some people actions speak louder than words.
