Yeah, hes being arrested...right after the looters and the arsonists in Minnesota. Black folk only get arrested for low level drug offense and violence. Once their behavior rises to official corruption or is politically motivated (ie the looters), it is excusable because that behavior is seen as bringing them up in the socioeconomic hierarchy OR a response to the years of racism.
