Minneapolis is a police disaster, what would mdpd do?

With our agencies track record on handling unexpected emergencies, what is our command doing to prepare? Would we abandon Northside district or south district if protestors come?

    It will pass.

It's fully understood how people are upset that a black man died, under the limited information that is provided by the video. However, it's odd that anarchists are:

    1. Burning down buildings, some of which are owned by innocent black and white victims.

    2. Burning civilian vehicles, some of which are owned by innocent black and white victims.

    3. Burning down a police station and destroying police cars, all of which must be replaced with money that is collected from black and white taxpayers.

The nationwide anarchist activities are initiated by Antifa, but Antifa is now being more discrete about it this year because they got negative blow-back during the last nationwide riots of 2016. The anarchists are financially rooted in a communists insurgency that has political cells operating throughout the United States. Their goal is to create political instability by creating an "us against them" mentality that is manifested in destruction and violence (riots). The anarchy is not a grass roots uprising. Instead, it is under-girded, initiated and paid-for by special interest money. Yes, George Soros is a financial supporter of the cells.

Patriots do not destroy the private property of innocent victims, but anarchists do.

That very question is a part of the problem. Why do you assume that NS or South would be the staging grounds. It could happen at/within any district given the context of the situation. Don't be dumb. Just do the job the right way.

Simply because the infrastructure of Miami doesn't allow for easy movement of people around the county, so the likely areas are the impoverished areas of Dade. There aren't any of those in Doral, coral gables, etc. There are those in Northside and South and the city of Miami/nmb.

    Don't be dumb.

I’ll tell you and everyone who reads this shut right now, if this happens here, pack your family and leave. Half the department will quit and not enforce any type of riot control. The amount of officers we have on the department that are liberal blowhards who will allow that type of violence is astronomical. We already have the lowest amount of tickets/arrests in the history of Dade imagine having to make them stand on a line and push their peers back from looting. This is going to be a shit show if it blows up here.

Although I do agree with you on the point that we have a bunch people here who will do nothing, you couldn’t be more wrong about the arrests bud. Cameras have played a big roll in that but most notably the hemp law that went into affect essentially shut police out of searching cars and thus finding a multitude of other stuff like harder drugs, weapons etc.
