    The truths

I'll make it brief for the people with college degrees from Union.

Alexis Diaz (soon to be Perez again) will go to FAT.
Frank Espinosa will replace her in training.
Men el ganzo will go to either TRU or support Sgt somewhere

The city has a severe flooding issue but unlike other major cities, brass is too busy brown nosing to be effective leaders. Every district Lt should have access to STOP signs or FLOODED signs that they can distribute when lights go out or streets flood.

There is a DO about bad mouthing department. Those disgruntled officers should realize the department isnt going to change so they should leave.

Matt, Tommy, Javi, Lugo: they are all cut from the same cloth. It's all about being important, powerful, influential, in the right circles. Why else would anyone want the headache of being the head of the Miami FOP ?

It's not like certain areas of Miami do not flood when it deluges. *Chiefs going back to Raul Martinez should have had an operational plan identifying such sites, one that is ready to deliver equipment to diver traffic and relief contingency that assigs officers and PSAs to facilitate the flow of diverted traffic. *Using your air unit could facilitate the process significantly. *More importantly, relocating the most vulnerable affected by the flooding to higher, drier places. *In this, The Red Cross has been a consistent helper. *As well, Miami Dade County government's Miami-Dade RER, Water Management Division ... The Stormwater Utility Section should be engaged immediately. Its contact information surely is accessible to "The Bridge" commander.

When the floods became noticeable, who was in command, and what did this person do? *In this, as in most cases demanding command and control, unity of command is essential. *In other words, one person in charge of the entire operation, not a fragmented commands comprised by several NET Commanders.*

Actually, it's a very good question to ask.
Javier, why did you want to be fop president?
Honest question deserves an honest answer.
    Same q for the others.

Colina shouldn't have commented on Minneapolis. It invites other chiefs to comment on our stupidity.
