Miramar Folds on furlough

Miramar was All talk about a furlough. Once the city workers came together they folded up. Now a city like Miramar gets put in check. How long till we do the same here. Miami Beach has money and they are taking the employees money saying they are broke. Time to stand up

That’s the problem, Miramar United to stop the furloughs. Here in the MBPD we have no unity, no brotherhood. Most people get promoted to do less work and make more money. They get made and **** over the rank below them and carry that on all the way to the top. As we move up we step on each other and when people get screwed, all you hear is “well you should of gotten promoted”. There is a small group of genuinely good people in the dept, the rest are DBags who will cut their best friends throat for a commendation. This “crisis” showed us for what we really are.. the MBPD.. the make believe police dept! The “beach way and the “beach cops“ have destroyed this place.

Go fly a kite you cry baby this place has been a disaster for a while now. When the chief allows the city political figure heads to run the department you have problems. This issue we are dealing with is a lack of leadership. When was the last time anyone even saw a chief around here. And if you think come June 8 the schedule will change good luck it will remain the same or get worse. They don’t care about you and that’s been displayed time and time again
