Will any of these possible "victim" lawsuits mention their own conduct and participation in the "event"? ("we were just listening to music and grilling....")

The "event" itself? (no doubt a church event, job recruiting fair, complete with moments of spontaneous family friendly fare just bustin' out like the flowers of spring in a field almost.)

Speaking of family friendly. How about the atmosphere of inclusivity and welcoming open celebration to all regardless of perceived racial contrast, uniformed status and lawful presence?

    Heartwarming, uplifting, unifying and refreshing!

Why if they were shooting at a threat and hopefully hit what they were shooting at have there been no arrests. Makes you wonder.

You obviously have a command of legal vocabulary, perhaps from Intro to Business Law. Are you a jurist/blogger.

You are well out of your league.

    typical deflection

What I wouldn't have done is target one population AND then call attention to the fact on a viral FB post. What do you think about your Messiah deleting it? Works well with his parting comment of, "Try me!" And you still didn't answer the question. Who will be paying the legal fees? Tax payers, you ingosarous! The only chance Hendry has is if any involved isn't on the Brady list & can actually testify in court as a reliable, honest witness. That's what this leadership has created: a pool of disgraced, fired deputies that Hendry hired because we couldn't get or keep better.

Now, if you want to do Zoom or the street corner to show off your impressive knowledge, exoerience, and credentials, than have it at brother. But if you're one of the useless Brady lucky hires, you're wasting your breath.

Again, who will pay the defense fees? You didn't answer that. And why did our Lord Savior delete his post? He can't possibly be scared of the NAACP, can he??

It would be great to discuss this with chatboard certified pros of your expertise. How about setting up a Zoom like conference, let's sell tickets to that, instead of your event here. Go stand on a street corner and talk your cause up.

    Too incompetent to answer questions?

Not interested in running. Wouldn't want to inherit this staff when they're incapable of understanding the laws & statutes that dictate our authority. I could get a community campaign to support me, as long as I keep up Sweet Peaches system of buying votes by letting them get away with everything. You like that feeling of a DV call but can't arrest the drunk POS because he's already called Sweet Peaches to get him out of it. You like pulling over drunks & druggies that you can't arrest because they've already called Sweet Peaches? You like having zero authority & being micromanaged?

Why do you think Sweet Peaches deleted his "Try Me" FB post? His arse is on the line, our brothers careers are at stake and for what? Just so 'ole Sweet Peaches can pretend he's Grady Judd?

Good idea but you can't be my editor

And when will the tapes be released? Was the microphones on? I'm sure the NAACP attorney will request log records that will show when units were called and how long they were present for.

Brother, your're supposed to know the laws before trying to enforce them. Have you read the statues? The use of deadly force isn't justified here. Instead of making residents pay for the massive law suits about to hit the county over this avoidable bs, the Sheriff's Dept should and they can begin by laying off the dirty blues hired after being fiired & then slashing $$ desk jockeys.

    Racial profiling much?

Can you LEGALLY shoot event attendees for hanging out, grilling & chilling???

Just your statement below shows your racism. If it ain't your jive, then it's not your thing. But that event meant enought that many people attended, so for them it was heart warming & uplifting.

Your job isn't to judge others or their culture. You sound like one of the shooters. You must've felt so manly with a machismo rush shooting into a crowd celebrating, seeing them all scatter and run. Did it give you a rush to shoot two unarmed, fleeing boys whose only mistake was attending a party you don't approve of? How high was the rush of shooting a kid in the back, watching him collapse & then shooting 3 more rounds into him while he was down? I wonder if FDLE subpoenas phone records....what texts did you send after it? What pics did you take & share? Was the power rush incredible? Has this been the hilight of your career?

You are the LAST person that needs to have a gun or authority.

    Awww...Little Stephen

Baby Stephie, if Daddy is paying you for PR, then you need to do better than this. Every other reply or wanna be take down includes calling them a scumbag. Get a thesaurus, they're not expensive.
