The same LT Kudos Frazier that was removed from the beach as Sgt for being a piss-poor supervisor, was in IA facing CRIMINAL CHARGES for secretly recording a conversation with DC attempting to incriminate him...but that's when it pays to be a Haines butt kisser. Lt Callenge Coin Frazier made a Punisher challenge coin for his E South shift which was another violation of policy, sold several! But the courthouse makes one and gets crucified. Curious how much profit he makes off his personal challenge coin business. Just another useless sorry excuse of a promotion! Absolutely no respect for him, a worthless POS!

It is a joke of a promotional process it doesn't take anything but you breathing air to get promoted around here. Then some of the unqualified supervisors get big heads like they are actually better than and know more than you as a deputy. They feel like they accomplished something by being the 18th highest scorer on a test now they somehow got better than the rest of us even know they couldn't do the job as a deputy. It's bad when you can be a coward, lazy or just a paycheck collector of a street deputy and be promoted. All of the sudden you think you are the guru of law enforcement when you couldn't do the job as a deputy. That's not one or two people I'm referring to there have been a lot of undeserving promotions of people who shouldn't even be in this line of work. This mess will take forever to clean up because you can't just demote all of them most will lazily do out their many years until retirement dragging down a Sheriff department that has the potential to be a great place if ran by competent people. We should be a place where the more qualified and elite candidates for the job want and should be hired. Now we are like a security company who will hire anyone who can stand up and are able to breathe in air. Very few have a command appearance to them and could not physically handle themselves in a situation that requires it. A large majority of this agency would not be hired in the past because they would not meet requirements. I will say that there are also a lot of good professional enforcement officers at this agency as well I would out it in my opinion 40% - 60% 40 being in the good. Some of the 60% have potential if trained correctly. But you have people with no experience training people with no experience. Blind leading the blind. And it's all driven by a blind corrupt administration to which none of them would pass fto at a normal respectable agency.
