Hey Chad, "Supreme Court strikes down stay at home order."
Granted this was the Supreme Court of WI, but the same principles apply and precedent has been set. The public health emergency order has been struck down.
Chad, here's an article from your Democratic news station, CNN:

Wait Chad, didn't you charge Pastor Rodney Howrd-Browne with violation of a public health emergency order? Didn't we tell you that was unenforceable?
McMullen is sounding more and more like the only competent choice for Sheriff.

Pastor Rodney has no problem with Chad and is now a big supporter.

Stockholm Syndrome
Regardless of the pastor's alleged opinion, the citizens of Hillsborough County, and the Constitution of the United States are at odds with the Sheriff's egregious actions.
There's no doubt that when the Sheriff violated S.O.P. by visiting the pastor, after his arrest, and before disposition of the criminal case, Chad Debartolo wrote the church a large check $$$$$$$$$$$. But that doe$ent era$e what Chad did.

Maybe not yet. But as is often the case, once one Supreme Court in the United States sets precedent, others usually follow.
It should never have happen in the first place. As our deputies are often scolded, "Just because you can (he couldn't by the way) doesn't mean you should. It's really bad when a deputy gets a S.O.P. named after them. Chad said "Hold my beer" and will have a Supreme Court ruling named after him.
