    Retired Captain Marcos Martinez

All your years of alcohol abuse has caught up with you and your PBA boys could not stop it from happening. Great job on your recent DUI arrest.

He is or was a LT with the School Board. Was he arrested in Palm Beach County?

    .

Nothing in booking blotter. Nothing with that name for any Florida county. Are you sure? He was a 10 8 cop, didn't take shit from anyone and stuck up for his men.

A request could have been made to block him from the booking blotter, due to being a LEO. I think it may only block the posting for 10 days, his photo may not appear.

Apparently the case is being filed. It happened about 3 weeks ago after he S3d a car at a Wellington Publix. There is a report on the incident and should be video footage of when he was stopped.

The PBSO booking blotter isn't an accurate record of incarcerations at Gun Club or West County. For example, inmates booked by federal agencies don't appear at all on the blotter and it's hit or miss with "protected classes" such as LEOS, Ex-LEOS, Firefighters etc, in that sometimes an entry will appear with no photo or address and other times there will be no entry at all. However I did look in the PBC Clerk of Court online records and there is no case with a defendant by that name anytime recently

    Realtime Anonymous Chat for Cops

We all know how police administrations like using cyberstalking laws to pull IP addresses out of services like Youtube, FB or wherever an employee might embarrass them by "spilling the beans." SO... There is a new chat service for cops. You don't have to register if you don't want, you can create a temporary user name. You can browse, create or join public channels, or you can create private channels and send personal messages. All data is anonimized, encrypted and then stored offshore where it can't be subject to any subpoena. So enjoy real time chat with colleagues across the country!
