Remove the HAZARDOUS DUTY PAY from EVERY Lieutenant and up the hole chain. They don't leave the office except for breakfast or lunch or dinner an 4 times a shift for coffee. What danger with an unmarked car, never respond to any calls except after even fire rescue leaves because it so safe.

State politicians save some money. If they don't work in a hazardous duty function, remove it. Treat it like night differential and you only get it when you actually work it. They should have to write reports on a scene be working the scene on BWC and give the same work portions as everyone who work real hazardous duty. No they cannot get credit driving around CB or TML or Kendall and Midwest coffee spots for credit. Come work in a marked police car. You claim to be police. Support is not shown by wearing a uniform but by doing the job. I can dress up like a baker but I am not. Do not fake the job but prove it.
