Leavens actually goes on video on his own Facebook page and disrespects a deputy that was dispatched to the Buckingham Bar. That deputy asked one of the drunks to shut it down due to it being in violation of the executive order. Over 100 people drinking in a crowded area, again the deputy was dispatched by citizens complaining! You have the nerve to say he didn’t have the right to request that action and support a drunk over LCSO. Your a disgrace to the badge!
