A good cop never gets wet, cold or hungry.

    Question Pray tell?

What does the term "systemic racism" mean?

Birds of a feather flock together:
    1. Craig Johnson was arrested for getting into a drunken disorderly fight at a bar.
    2. Tom Knight was previously arrested by VPD for getting into a drunken disorderly fight at a bar.
    3. Kurt Hoffman failed a lie detector test when he said, "I control myself by drinking only once per week" (or words to that effect). https://drive.google.com/file/d/1PG4...ew?usp=sharing

To answer your question, systemic racism basically means that a few white male deputies (not all) are stuck in a 1950s mindset that advocates racism, but only if they can discretely get away with it. It is socially taboo to be a racist in public, but it is socially acceptable to be a racist in certain private inner circles (look at the Charlie Kaspar case as an inner circle joke). Kaspar's joke is really funny, unless you are Mexican. What's really shocking is that Kaspar disparaged Mexicans within earshot of a judge. Can you imagine making a judge a witness in a racism allegation like that? Fortunately, the judge was not listed as a witness (to keep him out of the public eye). Those kinds of jokes are always said at the expense of another marginalized race. Is Kaspar a racist? Kaspar's racism does NOT represent the vast majority of us. He is what he is.

Couple of things to think about here.

1.Craig Johnson is just another rich white racist along with his spoiled son. Just like the other England racist white guy from that old ratty ass tennis club earlier this year.

    2. They are lucky and I really mean that they are lucky they didn’t try that with the old guard SPD. They would have had a trip to the hospital prior to booking. The new guard not so much.

In the end they got what they deserved and for Derek to defend the racist comments makes Derek just as bad. I like Derek but he should make his client apologize immediately for saying hateful things to Law Men and Women

SCENARIO & LEGAL EXPUNGEMENT QUESTION FOR ANY ATTORNEY

    SCENARIO:
Tom Knight had his legislative buddy (Greg Steube) change Florida law so that if a person has their criminal arrest expunged, then it is illegal to post their booking photo online. However, the newspaper printed Craig Johnson's booking photo online and in their newspaper before Johnson has applied to have his arrest expunged.

QUESTION: If Johnson manages to get his arrest expunged, then does that mean the media be legally obligated to remove Johnson's online booking photo, even though it was posted online before his arrest was expunged? This is a First Amendment question.

Charlie Kaspar used to roll on the floor laughing at the things that are posted on this website, but now he is a focal point. LOL

I was born a Republican and I'll die a Republican and I will NEVER vote for a Democrat, but nonetheless, the local Sarasota GOP is a bona fide rats nest of inbred nastiness and inbred politics.

His facial expression basically says: "I told them!!!" Yeaaaaa riiittteeee buddy, you told them, didn't you? You got in the last word, didn't you?

You can beat the charge, but you can't beat the ride to the downtown jail. That booking photo will last forever. Alcohol really changes people for the worst.
