Either way cracking on Neal would be ok if he was a certified pos, but he is NOT!

Neal never let us down as a fellow cop at any time. Never a rat or coward. First in the f....king door , would and almost did take a bullet for you. Never stopped working cases or making our lives easier .
We are not Scott fans . Just Robbery Unit fans . But Neal is first class and if half of these other empty suit supervisors had half of his heart in this job, you would think differently about this place. Just saying.

I have to agree with this post 110%. Neal is a 10-8 guy and is a cops cop. I've known him from Deerfield, he has always been very professional and treats the guys right. Every once in a while I see him at the gym when I play raquetball, he has always been very approachable. I think Neal would be a good fit for us.

This is part of the problem at BSO. They don't need a cop's cop. Almost every sheriff that has been there only gives a dang about the sworn personnel. You have more civilians than sworn people. They need someone that will look after the needs of everybody...sworn and civilian without leaning one way more than the other. When you find that person, even if he/she is a LEO, make them Sheriff with your vote. This is not only a law enforcement agency, this agency employs civilians too and every LEO who has been in that position has seemingly completely ignored the civilians. With all due respect they deserve (my LEOs--the good and honest ones).
