So what you are saying I.A. Is used to screw over a employees with NO problem but if you are considered administration or the Sheriff they wont touch it??

Anybody else working at BSO who was being investigated by FDLE would be suspended with pay if they were the subject of an investigation of lying on their application and concealing a murder. Acquittal or not. I worked in IA for years, protocol is not being followed in this case. Has our IA opened a case? What say you Captain Champagne?

Some problems can be stopped during the screening process for your candidates. If you see a bully type of personality they do not need to be on the force. Strong assertive fair minded candidates who uphold laws yes. Bullies no. Thanks for getting ahead of this Sheriff.
