Well first off, he’s not a sheriff, he’s a criminal, and sheriff’s are elected. Toney isn’t getting elected, no matter how many times you say it.

Second, somebody’s right to mention the money Toney made from the bleed kits. 1.5 million contract went to his business associates that his company is directly tied in with? That’s a big no no. That’s the stuff that people get arrested for. Enriching yourself off the taxpayers backs, and circumventing the bid process for profit, is no different than taking a bribe.

That’s the real investigation that is most likely going on behind the scenes.

Yes, changing your name, and lying on police applications, and FDLE Affidavits is bad enough, but using your trusted position for monetary enrichment is much worse.
