The CON ARTIST cannot be a Florida Certified Police Officer or Deputy Sheriff , by his own confession, he lied on the FDLE docs several times., automatically invalidates that, OK.
Now, under NORMAL circumstances, a civilian can be sworn in as Sheriff of course by the governor and In turn, swear all deputy sheriff's in, not an issue.
The legal issue here is that, Gregory Tony lied to the governor that he was a certified officer and FDLE gave the governor's office Tonys FDLE (falsified) documents , which constitutes a fraud. That fraud was deliberately perpetrated on the State of Florida , the Governor , all BSO deputies and the people of Florida , negating any legal swearing in OATH, by a person committing a Felony Fraud, for the position of SHERIFF. Therefore, until all Broward County deputies take the OATH of office, sworn in by Governor Desantis himself and soon, or there are NO sworn Broward County deputy sheriff's in the State of Florida.
