There are over 50 cases for the father William Scott at that address. Did William Scott just "father" Gregory or were Gloria Toney and William Scott ever married? If so, Toney is really changing his name up because his name would then legally be Gregory Toney-Scott, NOT Gregory Scott-Toney (or alias Gregory Scott Tony). I have a fantastic idea, why doesn't he just produce his birth certificate and put all this to bed?

Changing the spelling of your name on official police applications and documents is more evidence of deliberate deception. The redacted birth certificate probably had the fathers name removed? If not what was redacted? So, now it makes you wonder if the original birth certificate was altered? I believe presenting your name as something it is legally not is also fraud.

Colonel Pollock made a good point when he talked about breaking the law by lying about all this stuff. I’m curious why we haven’t heard Scott Israel also speaking out about this? If Pollock is the only one with the courage to tell the truth about this guy, then I’m voting for Pollock.

So if this is true he’s used this name since age 20 at least in some capacity. Was it ever legally changed or is this just an alias? This is what the news must find out. Most police applications ask if you’ve ever used any other names or aliases.
