Next? It should be MB and his criminal wife with the joint accounts.
Next? the command staff who has left MB in place as the face of Tampa.
Next? start with all the regions who are loaded with dead weight

Maybe they’ll choose an outsider to take Tampa. Just as they did with OROC

St. Johns County Sheriff's Office embezzlement case delayed
    Sheldon Gardner
    St. Augustine Record

It will likely be next year before there's a resolution to the criminal case involving Raye Brutnell, who is accused of stealing from the St. Johns County Sheriff's Office while she was the finance director.

Attorneys for the state and Brutnell met Tuesday afternoon to discuss her case with Circuit Judge Lee Smith.

    Raye Brutnell
While the case had been scheduled for jury selection in December, both agreed to allow more time for work to be done related to the civil matters involving Brutnell.

Hank Coxe, Brutnell's attorney, said he discussed the matter with the assistant state attorney on the case and civil lawyers who are working on litigation.

"We are awaiting, hopefully, a resolution by the civil litigators with respect to recovery of significant sums that would benefit both the victim and the state," he said.

Smith entered a judgment against Brutnell this year in a civil case.

St. Johns County Sheriff David Shoar sued Brutnell on behalf of the Sheriff's Office and the Sheriff's Office Benevolence Fund, seeking that Brutnell pay the funds back.

Smith ordered that Brutnell pay back $685,756, which is the amount of damages minus the amount covered by insurance, according to the judgment.

The criminal case is now scheduled for a pretrial hearing at 1:30 p.m. Jan. 5. Brutnell, who became finance director for the Sheriff’s Office in 2013, faces 16 felony charges.

According to the Sheriff’s Office, Brutnell initiated 74 payments to fictitious accounts totaling $702,773, including 51 payments from the benevolence fund worth $80,115 and a “misappropriated” benevolence fund check of $2,868.

She was arrested in November 2018 and is currently out on bond. She she entered a plea of not guilty.

Such an injustice that she has been able to ride this out for so long.. with Mark behind her Grand Theft ass all the way.

And of course this is Tampa. Anyone and everyone to come out of that place is horrid. Usually it's one of the reasons they go there in the first place.. whether its from Tallahassee, Miami, Orlando, you name it. And if they make it out (buddy system, not on merit) watch out.

Hoping you and your embezzling wife enjoy the holiday and praying that next year at this time, she is in prison and you are unemployed.
