Yeah ya do moron. There is a statute and everything for it. It’s not new. It’s just rarely used. I think the Sheriff has bent over backwards to be reasonable with it. That means a lot. But rest assured there is nothing unconstitutional about the arrest. A no file from the SAO does not justify your argument at all. Don’t be an idiot.
