The county does not pick up any tabs and they do not loose money on these units just like they dont loose money on the towns. Cars, ins, training, equipment, etc are all considered when they are budgeting for these. You see that they are all getting new cars part of the contract. You think the county would give all those guys new cars nope its all in the grant.

No thats not what he was saying at all you imbecile. County officers can get cut but it would be later in the year the budget for this year was budgeted last Oct. You think the county is going lay off officers just like that after all the monies they spent putting them through an academy and etc. It would take a lot. It all comes down to the property taxes. Dont just talk sh-t to talk when you are clueless.

You obviously were not here during 2008. Unfortunately, yes. Those in the academy and recent graduates will be the ones being laid off first. It goes by seniority. Read the bargaining agreement.

This fiscal year has been budget 2019/2020. In August 2020, the budget for 2020/2021 should be done. That’s when the notices will go out for layoffs and demotions. The latest will be in September

They need to get to it one way or the others. Just either do it or stop talking about it. Lay them off. Show the county and state that the politicians don't care about the general safety and police services for them. They will see crime climb up, safety in all county communities drop, people will correctly blame the politicians, they will get recalled or voted out of any political career and police will be rehired.

Yes; if there are layoffs other agencies will reap the benefits of trained police with some experience. The county will have to start again with the added time and money to hire [except family of brass who are guaranteed], screen [brass family and friends excluded like always], the costs of an academy training and salary, the delay of having needed manpower on the road, and it takes about 3 years to just get balanced out for the population and calls.
Now figure in early retirements, those in DROP, injuries/major illness like cancer, and terminations. There is never a surplus so the county is still behind.

Hadn’t been able to comment on the newly created hand up email service by Freddo.

Guess he doesn’t like reading our post and revelations on here so he rather you email him directly and from your county email 😂.

So yes kids take your gripes, issues, and whistle blowing straight to daddy Freddo.

The OT assignments is a scam, everyone will get it distributed fairly is a joke and a crock of 💩, I hope audits are preformed in the near future so we can see the fair labor practices of wealth distribution within. We know that will generate an “Opps” response from the inner circle minions.

Yes Freddo has been so thankful for all your services he created the Arse Kizzing Capt positions who been out vigorously from the start of COVID. Driving around documenting all your inefficiencies, mistakes, and accidents. Reporting all the negatives and disregarding the positives cause we all know how perfect they are!

Oh and let’s thank Freddo’s outstanding leadership for finally finding the stock pile of supplies hidden away at QM and getting it to us dispensable minions. We all know how stressful and hard the first month was without any mask, gloves, and sanitizer to give out plus them 3 millions contracting emails.

Thank God we had our fearless Sheriff “Geemenez” in quarantine, safe and hiding away making U-Tube emails with directions.

And finally after the pandemic has been curved and state reopening slowly we can now display them awesome face mask payed for by unknown sources?

Man I really miss JD’s leadership.

I heard this week OT detail will begin for drive by and fly over Birthday details county wide so no worries for the blessed inner circle.

Too many, I mean a high percentage of the least senior officers in the department are friends and family. They won’t lay off their own kids, nephews, children of their 33s, etc.
Sit tight. We’re gonna cruise. It will be a bumpy ride for a minute.
